Employer Partnerships
Many of our clients are looking for opportunities to gain Canadian work experience so they can demonstrate their training, skills and knowledge. Success Skills Centre can help identify individuals who will best serve the needs of employers who want to participate in an internship and work experience arrangement.
While on-site, clients gain experience by job shadowing, carrying out assigned tasks and projects, investigating specific markets and methodologies, and helping with various tasks. When the internship period is over, employers often wish to hire individuals or recommend them to other potential employers.
Some clients may qualify for wage subsidy programs for full-time work under Employment Insurance, the Provincial Immigrant Credentials Recognition Program, or other programs. We will help to identify the best fit.

Our staff will also review the current client base for appropriate applicants. Résumés of clients who meet the job requirements will be forwarded to the employer for further consideration and discussion.
